Lawful use only

The service is an assistive technology and nothing more: it extracts media options from public pages that TikTok serves. You alone are responsible for the legality of what you download and how you use it: reposting other people’s content without permission, commercially exploiting content you don’t own, and any use that violates the law, others’ rights, or TikTok’s terms is prohibited.

You must own or be licensed the content

By downloading any content through the site, you represent that you either own that content, have the owner’s explicit permission, or that your use is lawful (such as fair use where it applies). Any use that breaches this representation is solely your responsibility.

Private or restricted content is out of scope

The service is designed for public content only. It neither attempts nor is able to reach videos that are private, deleted, or restricted by region, age rating, or any other control TikTok imposes. Attempting to use the site to reach such content or to circumvent TikTok’s restrictions is a clear violation of these terms.

No abuse or automation

Intellectual property and takedown complaints

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you own rights in content reachable through our service and believe that access infringes them, write to the site’s dedicated contact email (on the contact page) with: a description of the protected work, its TikTok link, evidence of your ownership or authorization, and your contact details. Service availability without guarantee

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that every download will succeed, that the tool will keep working, or that media options exist for every video. Because the tool relies on TikTok’s public infrastructure, changes on TikTok’s side can disable features temporarily or permanently, and errors such as “service unavailable” may appear without prior notice. Dependence on third-party platforms

The service operates entirely through public responses served by TikTok and its content-delivery networks. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability, behavior, or changes, nor for the video content itself, which belongs to and is the responsibility of its owners and TikTok. Any outage or change on their side is outside our control.

Blocking for abuse

When we detect use that violates these terms — such as automated abuse or attempts to evade protections — the operator may restrict or block the offending addresses partially or fully, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction
